Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items purchased under a special offer

Where applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We currently ship to Australia, United States of America, Canada and New Zealand. If you are outside of our shipping zone (s) and would like to make a purchase, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can arrange shipping to your destination. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products may not be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
